Front Office Assistant: For busy Chiropractic office
Job description includes processing and coordinating new patients, patient telephone contact
insurance company contact, accounts payable, front desk patient contact, file set up, computer data base input, posting payments, patient accounts, filing, telephones, request processing,and a wide variety of professional office duties.
Be punctual, and computer literate, Have good communication skills. Good spelling skills. A working knowledge of quick books and a willingness to continually learn a must. Professional personality preferred.
Must have a strong internal job focus and be an attention to small detail .
Must have excellent professional communication and math skills.
Hours Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays 8:00-5:30 Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:00-1:00 Come Join our team
